⏰ CANCELLATION POLICY - Please keep in mind the office cancellation policy: 48 hours for Initial Appointments and 24 hours for Follow Up Appointments, otherwise you may be subject to a $40 missed appointment fee. Please get in touch ASAP (even during non-patient hours) if you can’t make your appointment so we can accommodate someone on the waitlist, or if you have any concern about being on time to see if we can work something out.

• 🤧 DO NOT come to the clinic if you could be contagious with a cold, flu or respiratory virus.
• ☎️ Get in touch ASAP to reschedule if you’re not feeling well. You can cancel/reschedule here if it’s more than 24 hours in advance. We are not charging the missed appointment fee if you are sick/contagious, but we appreciate an early heads up.
• 🌿 Let us know if you want herbs to help you get better faster and we’ll set up a telemedicine appointment.
